Jidbaz Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before Use

1 General Overview

Jidbaz (jidbaz.win) is an online gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between jidbaz and its users.

• Only one account per person is permitted. Any attempt to open multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• Keeping your password and login credentials confidential is your responsibility. jidbaz is not liable for any loss resulting from sharing this information with others.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact support immediately.
• Changing your name or date of birth on your account requires identity verification.
• Jidbaz may automatically deactivate inactive accounts (no login for more than 365 days).

4 Deposit and Payment Policy

Jidbaz supports deposits via popular mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100.
• The maximum deposit per transaction is BDT 50,000.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

5 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings from jidbaz:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 300.

• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 1–48 business hours.

• Jidbaz reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for any suspicious transactions until verification is complete.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Jidbaz regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms. The general bonus policy is outlined below:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• To withdraw a bonus, you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times (typically 10x–30x).
• You cannot claim another bonus while one is already active.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once the validity period expires.
• Jidbaz reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being forfeited.

7 Gaming Rules and Results

All games on jidbaz are powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, verified by an independent third party. Regarding gameplay:

• The outcome of every game is entirely random and not predetermined.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, jidbaz will investigate and make a final decision.

• Once a bet is confirmed in Betting, it cannot be changed.
• Jidbaz is not responsible for disconnections during gameplay; the data recorded on the server is final.

• Attempting to steal or hack another player's account credentials.
• Attempting to exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward jidbaz staff.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

Jidbaz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Creating an account with false information.
• If evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity is found.
• When an investigation is required for security reasons.

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.
